How do credits work?
One credit covers up to 250×250mm of trays (about one standard print bed). Height doesn't count. Separate Trays designs can have up to 25 trays - for more compartments, use dividers or slots. The designer and your trolley show exactly how many credits a design will use before you generate it.
What happens if I run out of monthly credits?
Upgrade to a higher tier any time - it takes effect immediately, and we discount the cost of your new plan by the unused portion of what you've already paid this month. There's no separate top-up purchase; upgrading your plan is how you get more credits.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Upgrades apply immediately, with a prorated discount for the rest of your current billing month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal instead - you keep your current plan's allowance for the remainder of this month, so there's no scenario where a downgrade leaves you over your new, lower cap mid-cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, up to one extra month's worth of your own plan's allowance - so Starter can bank up to 5 extra, Pro up to 20 extra, and Enterprise up to 100 extra.
